Carriage is charged at cost on all orders.

All prices exclude VAT which will be charged at the rate ruling at the time of despatch.

Terms -30 days nett from date of invoice- We reserve the right to make a service charge of 5% per month until the account is cleared.

All prices are subject to change without notice and goods will be charged at the price ruling on the date of despatch.

Any claims for damage must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods or the claim cannot be considered.

Disputes must be notified within 10 days of receipt of invoice otherwise full invoiced amount will be payable.

No liability will be accepted for any loss, loss of profits, damage or expense whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from accepting the order for the goods or following receipt of the goods by the buyer.

The placing of an order implies acceptance of these terms.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy.We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (inaccordance with the GDPR 2018)

We collect information about you for 2 reasons:
firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

 

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
