Model Release Agent – Compatible with most 3D printed resins. For external use on model surfaces only. Not a medical device.
MPF UltraSep has been specifically formulated to provide superior insulation for acrylic materials, ensuring optimal separation between acrylic components and 3D-printed models (FDM, FFF, DLP, SLP). Its advanced formulation creates an ultra-thin insulation layer with a single application, which can be effortlessly removed.
INDICATIONS OF USE
MPF UltraSep is ideal for dental laboratory procedures where insulation is required between methyl methacrylate-based acrylics and other surfaces, including:
-
Separation of printed models during acrylic layering
-
Insulation between acrylic modeling materials and lab-generated models
-
Use in workflows involving custom trays, record bases, or provisional lab components
It ensures a clean, precise separation of materials, supporting improved workflow efficiency in model fabrication.
PREPARATION: Ensure the model surface is clean and completely dry before application.
APPLICATION: Apply a thin, even layer using a clean brush. Allow to dry for approximately 30 seconds. A second layer may be applied in areas with undercuts if needed.
Tip: Block undercuts prior to application for easier removal.
PROCESSING: Once fully dry, proceed with your acrylic, resin, or other lab materials as needed.
SEPARATION & CLEANING:
Remove the prosthesis carefully. TIP: Use compressed air for easier removal.
Steam and wipe to clean excess. TIP: Avoid prolonged steaming on filament/resin models.
STORAGE: Keep at 15–25°C. Do not freeze.
SHELF LIFE: Valid 2 years from production date.
