A die spacer for acrylic and composites. Gives release and relief for provisional (acrylic) and composite restorations. Protects preps from monomer and heat generated during resin curing. A separating agent between metal abutments and stone, plaster or metal.
Protects precision attachments, protects tweezers from acid rust, makes other die spacers peelable. Makes space on models for bleaching gels.
It does not leave a residue stain on either surfacing the model or prosthesis. When it cures it turns into a translucent red film that can be peeled away from the surface.
